Atlus said to not expect any new game announcements at the upcoming Persona Super Live P-Sound Wish 2022 concert taking place next month on October 8 and 9 in Japan.
“There are no plans to announce new titles at this live show,” Atlus clarified on its Japanese website. “We aim for the best live performance that will please everyone who can come and we are preparing with all our might every day. Please look forward to it.”

These Persona live concert events have previously been used by Atlus as a platform to announced new titles. The first was held in 2015 and debuted Persona 4: Dancing All Night. In 2017, Atlus revealed Persona 3: Dancing in Moonlight and Persona 5: Dancing in Starlight, as well as Persona Q2, at a concert. During the 2019 concert, both Persona 5 Royal and Persona 5 Strikers were announced.
It seems reasonable to assume that Atlus could also make a new game announcement during this year’s concert. However, Atlus has now set expectations that there won’t be anything like it next month. It looks like fans will have to wait longer for something like Persona 6 or Persona 5 Arena to be revealed.
Atlus is celebrating Persona’s 25th anniversary, and Atlus tease seven related announcements to remember it. Such announcements are remakes of Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, as well as revealing that Persona 5 Royal, Persona 4 Golden and Persona 3 Portable will be coming to the world. new platformincluding Nintendo Switch, PC and Xbox.
