Audi India has launched the base Premium version of A4 in our market priced at ₹39.99 lakh, (in showroom, India). The Premium version joins the lineup in addition to the mid-range Premium Plus and Top Technology variants and is powered by a 2.0-liter TFSI 4-cylinder petrol engine that produces 188 hp and 188 lb-ft of torque. – 320 Nm maximum torque. . NS Audi The A4 comes standard with a seven-speed S-Tronic dual-clutch transmission and can go from 0-100 km/h in 7.3 seconds. The basic Premium version is about 3.7 thousand yen cheaper than the Premium Plus version.

The dashboard design is similar to the outgoing model, but the 10.1-inch touchscreen is brand new.
While the base Audi A4 is mechanically identical to the top-of-the-range versions, there are changes to its feature list. You’ll get the 10-inch MMI touchscreen infotainment system but with the standard Audi audio system instead of the premium unit. That said, it supports the smartphone interface and other features like Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Then there’s the single-zone climate control, Audi phone lights with wireless charging, six airbags and single-color ambient lighting among others. The equipment list on the Audi A4 Premium also includes LED headlights with characteristic daytime running lights (DRLs), combined LED rear lights, a glass sunroof, a rearview camera and an Audi Drive option.

The New Audi A4 will go up against the likes of the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, BMW 3 Series and Volvo S60, when it is launched in India.

Surprisingly, the base variant of the Audi A4 offers more standard features than the Audi Q2 offered as a complete unit in India. The list of standard features includes power-adjustable, aluminum-coated front seats, auto-folding & heating rearview mirrors, anti-glare faux leather upholstery, 4-way lumbar support for the front seats, frameless interior mirrors with auto dimming and cruise control with speed limiter. The Audi A4 competes with the Mercedes-Benz C-Class, BMW 3 Series, Jaguar XE and Volvo S60 in India.
