Yes, the ax is great. Sure, the fights are interesting. And I certainly enjoyed exploring every nook and cranny of the vast world you visit. But what kept me glued to my PS5 for almost 40 hours was the story of a son becoming a man and a father trying to figure out how he feels about it. I could have liked this story more than half with about half of the puzzles and skill menus, but even so, I find myself smiling, feeling satisfied, as the credits roll out. . As I said at the beginning, God of War Ragnarok very good.
