Baking Tip: Turn your frozen butter to room temperature in under 10 minutes

We tried to make it room temperature by heating it in the microwave but the butter was still completely melted. But the recipe doesn’t call for melted butter, it calls for room temperature butter. What to do then? We found an easy hack that can give you room temperature butter in 10 minutes! Watch:
All you need to do is chop the butter cubes like in the video. Next, heat a bowl of water in the microwave. Remove the bowl and put the chopped butter inside.
