BBAG’s August online sale topped by the German Derby winner’s half-sister
Dirty teen Salon Starlet (Ger) (Saxon Warrior {Jpn}) (lot 39), half-sister to 2022 German Derby hero G1 Sammarco (Ire) (Camelot {GB}), brought in a €72,000 bid from Florent Fonteyne to top BBAG’s August Online Sales. The pair are different from Saloon Sold (Ger) (Soldier Hollow {GB}) on stake, like half-sisters with three black winners.
ITC Bloodstock win for trained Swedish mares Uchchaihshravas (Ire) (Cotai Glory {GB}) (lot 12), from the family of runner-up G1 Racing Post Trophy Van Der Neer (GB) (Dutch Art {GB}), and Natasha Romanova (GB) (Cable Bay {Ire}) (lot 9), granddaughter of the heroine Cosmodrome (Bahri) listed fashion height S. for €65,000 and €60,000, respectively.
At the close of the transaction, 29 horses were sold for a total value of €386,000. The average price is €13,310.
