BCCI announces India squad for T20I series against announced West Indies

Cricket Control Board in India (BCCI) on Wednesday announced India’s squad for the upcoming five-match T20I series against the West Indies.

Senior Men Selection Committee led by Ajit Agarkar selected India’s squad for the upcoming five-match T20I series against the West Indies which will take place in the Caribbean Islands and Florida, USA.

The team will be led by Hardik Pandya with Suryakumar Yadav as his deputy.

Yashasvi Jaiswal And Tilak Varma received the first call to the Indian team for the T20I leg of the West Indies tour with the seniors, including Virat kohli And Rohit Sharmakeep missing

Mukesh Kumareveryone is named in the Experiment and ODI . groupsreceived a T20I call while Sanju Samson also returned to the team as a batting keeper.

There is no place for Jitesh Sharma, the substitute goalkeeper in the last series against New Zealand at home. Ishan Kishan and Samson are the goalkeeper picks in the team.

Rahul Tripathi, Washington Sundar, Deepak Hooda and Shivam Mavi, all members of the New Zealand T20Is, missed out. Ruturaj Gaikwad, who was originally named in the T20Is for the New Zealand series, was also not part of the team.

Ravi Bishnoi returned to the team with Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav retained as shooting options alongside Axar Patel. Ravindra Jadeja Not on the squad yet.

Umran Malik, Avesh Khan, Mukesh Kumar and Arshdeep Singh founded the speed division.
