Bhagyashree posted a video where she revealed that whenever she is hungry and doesn’t want to eat anything heavy, she turns to makhanas. These snacks are “rich in protein, fiber, and antioxidants,” she says. They also give your body energy, improve digestion, and make your skin glow.
