Bhagyashree’s lunch comes with a necessary portion of nutrition
Admit that, sometimes, salads can be very satisfying to eat and good for the stomach. That’s right, each ingredient in a salad has a quality of its own. It is filling, delicious, healthy and rich in flavor. Can you resist a colorful and textured salad plate? Well, we don’t know about you, but Bhagyashree very often enjoys this healthy dish. The actress is a food and health influencer who inspires us to develop the habit of eating healthy meals. On Sunday, she shared a photo of her nutritious meal and it featured a salad that looked gorgeous with greens, sliced strawberries, and cheese. She captioned the image as “salad lunch.” She also added a hashtag, “Eat healthy.”

It seems Bhagyashree usually likes to keep her lunch healthy and delicious. That’s why she regularly eats fresh salads. Earlier this month, she shared a glimpse of her salad lunch and it looked delicious with a variety of greens, including fresh basil leaves, sliced strawberries, and cheese. She writes, “Taste of the day,” and adds the hashtags, “healthy food,” and “lunch.”
Bhagyashree’s Food Diary has some mouthwatering salad recipes with healthy combinations of vegetables. Once, she devoured a bowl of sprouted bean salad consisting of sprouted moon beans, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and some salt and black pepper. Bhagyashree writes, “healthy food”. She added, “Healthy options for lunch! Sprouted bean salad.”
Well, not necessarily Bhagyashree just likes to eat salad for lunch and that too, every day. Sometimes, she goes a step ahead and tries to add protein-rich chicken to her meals. While in Visakhapatnam, she enjoyed delicious grilled chicken with cherry tomatoes, broccoli and lemon.

Well, Bhagyashree loves to eat healthy even during dinner. What did she choose? A variety of fresh vegetables, lettuce and other greens mixed with tomato slices and button mushrooms. We were also able to spot sprouts and what appeared to be slices of grilled sausage.
