Biden is likely to talk to Russia, Ukraine’s leader about army building
Nantucket, USA:
US President Joe Biden said on Friday he was more likely to speak with the leaders of Russia or Ukraine in an attempt to defuse growing tensions over Russia’s military build-up.
“In all likelihood,” Biden replied when asked by reporters whether he would speak with Russian President Vladimir Putin or Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
“I am concerned,” he said, reiterating his support for Ukraine’s “territorial integrity”.
