How to make Bombay Toasty:
A popular recipe from the streets of Mumbai, this dish is a quick solution to all your hunger pangs. All you need to do is spread butter on the bread slices, add mint chutney to it, and top it off with a layer of potatoes, cucumbers, onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Sprinkle with chaat masala and salt and close with another slice of bread.
Now, heat a tawa and toast the sandwich on both sides with some butter, until it becomes crispy. Cut sandwich into two and serve hot.
