Burberry celebrates British culture at London live show again
British luxury label Burberry returns with London catwalk on Friday with its first live fashion show in two years, showcasing mens and womenswear collections that celebrate British culture.
Continuation of digital presentations in previous seasons due to Pandemic caused by covid-19Creative Director Riccardo Tisci said he mixed different emotions for the fall/winter 2022 product lines, matching the brand’s classic camel pomp look.
“It was important to me to discover what it means to belong, how our origins affect our identity, and how the strength of community and solidarity is what really gives meaning. meaning for the world,” he said in a statement, also paying tribute to London.
“The collection embodies an invisible British essence, a unique combination of celebrating the beauty of the past, while focusing on the future with gratitude, hope and love. ”
Paradigm wore trench coats with chain details, country-style outerwear, jumpsuits, detailed plaid skirts, and a matching duo with tight turtleneck boots.
The brand’s classic check print in camel, red and black appears on the dress and pleated skirt, while Tisci uses Burberry’s equestrian design and oak leaf emblem as the print or trim.
For the evening, he’s re-imagining the trench coat as a strapless gown, offering feather-trimmed camisoles and black velvet shirts worn with long skirts and tuxedo coats. Shiny metal decorates some designs.
Men clothes Features hooded vests, aviators and tailored jackets, high-waisted trousers with corset-like lacing, rugby shirts and decorated overalls.
