Dal Sprouts And Peanuts Chaat Recipe I How to Make Healthy Chaat to Lose Weight
In a bowl, mix the boiled dal, some boiled peanuts, vegetables such as onions, tomatoes and cucumbers, and shredded coconut. Mix everything well.
Make a salad dressing by mixing and pureing the tomatoes, garlic, coriander, green peppers, salt to taste, pepper, lime juice, and red peppers. It’s just the tangy and refreshing chutney you need for your salad.
