Celebrity trainer Yasmin Karachiwala shares healthy Choco Lava baked oats recipe
It looks like celebrity fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala spends his Sundays eating his favorites and weekdays getting in shape. This Sunday, Yasmin indulged herself by making a healthy twist on her chocolate lava baked oats. The fitness trainer said she prepared the recipe with ingredients that are easily available in all Indian kitchens. “Make the world a better place,” Yasmin said in the caption of her Instagram post. It comes with a video tutorial on how to make the mouth-watering dish. Don’t hesitate and try this recipe now.
All you need is banana (mashed), oatmeal, maple syrup, desiccated coconut, baking powder, a pinch of salt, 90 ml of almond milk. According to Ms. Karachiwala, once you are ready with the ingredients, you need to do this.
1.For Chocolate Lava Filling – mix coconut yogurt and cocoa powder
2. Preheat the oven to 180C while you prepare the mixture for baking
3. In a bowl, add mashed banana, oatmeal, maple syrup, desiccated coconut, salt, baking powder, and almond milk.
4 – Mix well, leaving minimal to no lumps
5. Transfer dough to baking bowl, add chocolate lava filling, cover with remaining dough.
6. Bake for 20-25 minutes
