Charlotte Saxe promoted to SVP, Legal & Business Affairs at Warner Music UK

Warner Music UK promoted Charlotte Saxe to SVP, Legal & Business, effective October 3.

In her new role, she will report directly to Tony HarlowChief Executive Officer, Warner Music UK.

Saxe’s promotion came when James Radice left the company after more than eight years.

Saxe has been with Warner Music UK for over 15 years, first joining as Senior Legal and Business Manager and most recently as Vice President of Legal and Business Affairs for Atlantic Profile UK.

During her tenure, she oversaw artist contracts including Charli XCX, Clean Bandit, Darkoo, Ed Sheeran, Fred Again, Maisie Peters and Tion Wayne.

She will now head Warner Music UK’s legal and business team, supporting currency labels Atlantic Records UK, Darco Recordings, Parlophone, Warner Records United Kingdom, as well as the Rhino UK catalog division and the ADA UK independent distribution arm.

Saxe began her legal career at SSB Solicitors music and entertainment facility in London, before joining Warner Music UK in 2007.
