Green garlic – 4 cloves
Hung curd – 1/2 cup
Eggs – 2
Salt
pepper
Green garlic bulb – 2 tbsp
Green chili – 1 fruit
Coriander – 1 tablespoon
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
Paprika
Jeera Powder
How to make green garlic eggs?
Chef Saaransh Goila’s recipe is at the same time unique and simple. First, you take fresh green garlic and mince it. Mix the minced garlic into the bowl of curd. Mix it with salt and pepper until the mixture turns smooth. Let’s put it aside. Now, you mince the green garlic and sauté it with coriander and green peppers in olive oil. Only sauté for two minutes. Then set this sauce aside. Fry two eggs until golden and crispy on the outside while still soft on the inside. On a plate, spread the curd mixture as a base. Then, put the fried egg on top. Drizzle this dish with the green garlic sauce. If this isn’t enough to make your mouth water, garnish the dish with paprika and a dash of jeera powder.
