Chevrolet Camaro does its best Mustang impression in fatal crash in Florida
A man was seriously injured after the collision Chevrolet Camaro The owner lost control and rushed into the living room.
The accident occurred at approximately 12:45 a.m. on Monday, April 8 in Pensacola, Florida.
“A 38-year-old female from Pensacola, Florida, was traveling south on Chimes Way [and] failed to maintain control,” a state trooper told Miami Herald.
“The car went through the living room wall and collided with the back wall of the house. Escambia County Fire and Rescue was called to extricate the driver and two occupants, two brothers aged 65 and 66.”
Both brothers were taken to the hospital, where one was seriously injured. His current condition is unclear.
The Florida State Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the accident and has charged the driver with careless driving.
Meanwhile, the home's occupants have been relocated until repairs can be made.
The driver was traveling down Chimes Road, which ends at the intersection with Lenox Parkway, the street where the victim's home is located.
