With spices like garam masala, ginger-garlic powder and a dash of yogurt, this recipe offers an even flavor balance that makes the dish not too spicy but very tasty. You can pair this sabzi with roti, paratha or even decadent breads like naan and kulcha. This will also suit the chawal dal combination.
Chicken Bhindi Recipe: How To Make Bhindi Chicken At Home
To make this chicken dish, you need to cook the chicken separately, then prepare the chicken and then combine the two together.
Heat oil in a pan and saute onion, cumin seeds, red pepper and curry leaves. When the seeds start to crack, add the ginger-garlic powder and fry the seasoning. Add diced chicken and tomatoes. Mix well and cook chicken for 5-10 minutes or until it’s fully cooked. Set this aside.
Heat oil in another pan and saute bhindi. Season with salt, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, and red chili powder and mix well. Now add the cooked chicken and stir well until the okra has infused the seasoning into the chicken. Pour in some yogurt and water to give the chicken a creamy texture. Chicken bhindi is ready!
