City records 3.1 degrees as cold wave sweeps across North India
New Delhi:
New Delhi today reported a record low temperature of 3.1 degrees Celsius, the lowest this season, as a cold wave swept through North India.
Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Madhya Pradesh, as well as parts of Telangana and parts of Rajasthan are seeing a cold snap this season.
A minimum temperature of 3.1 degrees Celcius was recorded at the Lodhi Road observatory today, the Regional Meteorological Center, Delhi said.
