CMS Information System IPO registered 1.95 times on the last day of issuance
Cash management company CMS Info Systems’ initial public offering (IPO) was registered 1.95 times on Thursday’s final day, largely due to enthusiasm among investors. retail investors and qualified institutional buyers (QIBs). Offer opened for registration on December 21st.
The offer received a bid price of 7.32 crore of shares compared to the IPO size of 3.75 crore of equity.
Retail investors bid 2.15 times their allotted quota, and non-institutional investors bid 1.45 times their reservation.
The QIB-specific section has been registered 1.98 times.
Founded in 2008, CMS Info Systems is said to be India’s largest cash management company based on number of ATMs and collection points. It is planning to raise Rs 1,100 crore through public release, which is purely an offering by promoter Sion Investment Holdings Pte Limited, an affiliate of Baring Private Equity Asia.
