Many eating places closed throughout the pandemic, and naturally, many opened, too. Whereas we have been busy working from dwelling, the irrepressible spirit of the restaurant world bubbled endlessly on just under the darkish floor of issues. In the primary course, Hen with Mushroom sauce, Mushroom in Lemon Sauce, and Vegetable Au Gratin are some nice choices to attempt.
