This simple south Indian dish is loved all over the country. Filled with fiber and delicious flavor, poha is definitely a favorite in many households. But there are times when we long for something different. So we decided to make poha in a different way. We discovered the recipe of corn poha.
One great thing about poha is that it is so easy to make and requires minimal ingredients. Usually poha is made with peanuts, potatoes and spices like curry leaves and mustard seeds. The highlight of this poha is the corn cob, which is quite unusual. Broken rice (poha) is rich in essential nutrients; Corn adds its own nutrients, making this a very healthy meal.
