Once you create these parathas, pair them with raita and achar for maximum zest! Read the recipe below:
How to Make Dhaba Aloo Paratha | Dhaba-style Aloo Paratha Recipe:
First, take a bowl and add flour, flour, buttermilk, and salt. Then slowly add water to knead the dough. Next, for the filling, take the boiled potatoes and mash them into a bowl. Plus, ginger, green chili, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, red chili powder, garam masala, dhaniya powder, jeera powder, chaat masala, kasturi methi and heeng. Now let’s combine everything properly. Finally, add salt. Now, round up this potato mixture.
Take a part of the prepared dough, flatten it and put the potato mixture in the middle. Close it and roll it up in a paratha shape. Now cook it on tawa with ghee. Once done, add a tablespoon of butter from the top and enjoy!
