Heat ghee is a heavy bottom pan. Add crushed coriander seeds, garlic cloves, and dried chili peppers. Fry the masalas in seconds. Add lamb and season with Kashmiri red chili powder and salt. Fry the lamb over high heat for 3-4 minutes. Add water and cover the pan. When the lamb is cooked, turn off the heat. Lamb curry is ready!
