Dying Light’s Seventh Anniversary Ends With Free Weapon Skins
After years of silence on the radio and then a sudden, long-awaited update, Dying Light 2 Stay Human is finally coming out early next month. Fans of the first game may still be in disbelief as the sequel has struggled to get out of what appears to be development hell. It’s been seven years since the zombie-infested Haran was first introduced to the world, and Techland is getting ready to celebrate with its community as the sequel’s release date draws closer and closer. Dying Light’s seventh anniversary will kick off with a flashy, free weapon skin.

A tweet (seen above) from the official Dying Light Twitter account excitedly announced the cosmetic bonus:

So now you’ll be able to decapitate zombies in style. But, let’s be honest, Dying light was accompanied by some serious subtleties. Parkour mechanics, an eerie weapon crafting system with eye-catching mods, and a claustrophobic atmosphere that includes terrifying chase scenes made Dying Light memorable. Brian Shea has reviewed action RPG and concludes his thoughts that:
“Despite the technical and parkour blunders, the rewarding combat mechanics, well-executed story, and excellent cooperative multiplayer give players an enjoyable time in the shadows of the apocalypse. Dying Light is a powerful open-world zombie game that delivers a good experience on nearly every front.”
Hopefully Dying Light 2 Stay Human will garner similar acclaim when it releases on February 4th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Switch (coming out at a later date). there after delay) and PC.
