Stir-Fried Shrimp Recipe: How to Make Indo-Chinese Stir-Fried Shrimp at Home
In a pan, sauté the shrimp in the oil until the water is completely drained. When the shrimp are golden brown, set them aside. In another pan, saute ginger, garlic, and red pepper. Saute for a while. Add in the cooked shrimp and green onions. Sprinkle with cornstarch and stir. Corn flour will create a nice consistency for stir-fry. Season with soy sauce, salt, honey and chili sauce. Once the sauce has combined, the shrimp stir fry is ready!
