To make this fried rice for both of you – all you have to do is chop and sauté about 200 g of mushrooms with 2-3 minced purple onions and 1 tablespoon garlic ginger. Crack two eggs, beat until it’s cooked. Add 4-5 tablespoons soy sauce and 1 tablespoon vinegar. Then add about 5-6 cups of boiled rice, a little salt and black pepper and mix well.
