Elden Ring Speedrunner beat game in 12 minutes 37 seconds
Yesterday, YouTuber and speedrunner MitChriz beat Elden Ring in just 12 minutes and 32 seconds, setting a new record in “any % unlimited“The speed category for the game.
To get around this, you might already have guessed that there is some hoax and scam going on. And you will be correct. MitChriz used one Elden Ring super speed trick called “zipper” to teleport basically around the world. This saves a lot of time compared to running all over the place or even using your trusty double jumper.
Using this trick, MitChriz was able to get through the Limgrave portion of the game and then run straight to Liurnia, where they use a now-accessible passage to access a late-game area. Using a zipper trick, they then bypassed all but one of the bosses and reached the final boss in record time. Using the zip trick, they also skipped that boss fight and ended the game in less than 13 minutes.
And here I remember last month when I thought I beat Elden Ring in a quick 37 minutes.
You may be wondering: Wait… what is compression? Well, that’s a fast running technique has recently become more popular among athletes who focus on setting new record times in any % unlimited catalog for Elden Ring. In this particular type of speed run, the player is not required to complete all the steps, get all the runes, or do anything out of the ordinary needed to progress through the game. The main goal of these runs is to just reach the end and get the credits as quickly as possible using whatever methods and tricks you can.
And beyond, in unlimited categories really wild and cunning methods like compression—request a muscular person computer–be allowed.
REMOVEbefore someone gets mad at MitChriz for using glitches or tricks to beat the game, remember this is just a kind of speedrun the directory that exists for Elden Ring and the other players out there timed runs that involve defeating every boss or never get damagedet cetera.
Now I’m waiting for someone to beat Elden Ring in less than 10 minutes.
