The Ford Transit The range has received an updated infotainment system with a larger touchscreen.
All models get a new 12-inch display running the latest Sync 4 infotainment system, with embedded modems, satellite navigation with enhanced voice control and, Ford claims, the ability to fold double that of the old Sync 3 system.
The larger screen replaces the old 8.0-inch unit.
Orders are now open for 2023 Transit Models.
Additionally, all models get a Sensico leather-trimmed steering wheel, while a new exterior finish – Magnetic – joins the palette.
These changes include what Ford calls a 22.5MY update, while 23MY models also get passenger seat belt reminders.
Ford has raised prices from $1000 to $1400 over 22-million-year models across the van, bus, and cab chassis ranges.
The Media range will grow in January to include Electric caralthough pricing has yet to be announced.

Drive system
Ford Transit 2023 is powered by a 2.0 liter 4-cylinder turbo-diesel engine with 125kW power and 390Nm of torque.
All Transit models are available with a 6-speed manual or 10-speed automatic transmission, front-wheel drive 350L LWB van, using a 6-speed automatic transmission. All these variant bars have rear-wheel drive.
Effective
Ford does not release fuel economy figures for the Transit range. 95L fuel tank is standard.
Size
Measures Ford Transit 2023 5981mm long in valve guise 350L, 6704mm as a Jumbo Van, 6579mm as a single cab chassis and 6404mm as a Dual Cabin chassis.
The height also varies depending on the model. 350L . truck gauge 2541-2543mm high with a conventional roof and 2780–2782mm with high roofs, 2790mm as tall as Jumbo Van, and 2205-2214mm like a cab frame.
All Transit trucks are 2112mm wide and all cab chassis models are 2111mm wide.
Brake towing capacity ranges from 2400kg to 3500kg, while payload ranges from 1061kg (350E Jumbo Van) to 2448kg (470E single-cab-chassis).
Service and Warranty
Ford Transit is covered by a 5-year unlimited km warranty.
Ford offers a limited-price service for the first four services or 120,000 km. Each service costs $399.
