Sour bread slices 2 pieces
Avocado Butter 100 Gms
Chopped Onion 20 Gms
Chopped Tomatoes 20 Gms
5 Gms . Chopped Coriander
1 green chilli, chopped.
a pinch of salt
Lemon juice 1 no
Extra Virgin Olive Oil 15 Ml
Bocconcini Cheese 50 Gms
Cherry tomatoes 20 Gms

Butter 10 Gms
Amaranth Seeds Bloom 2 Gms
Method:
Toast the sourdough bread slices and set aside. Combine avocado powder, onion, tomato, coriander, green pepper, salt, lemon juice, and olive oil to make guacamole. Spread this butter sauce evenly over slices of toasted sourdough bread.
Now, evenly arrange the bocconcini cheese halves and cherry tomato halves on the toast. In a medium-hot saucepan, combine the jaggery and butter to form an emulsion. Allow the mixture to cool and spread evenly over the toast. Sprinkle peeled amaranth seeds on top and garnish with fresh greens of your choice.
