Gnabry posted my photo in various outfits on Instagram on Sunday during a day off after Bayern drew 1-1 with RB Leipzig on Saturday.
He returned to the team for Tuesday’s game against Cologne but was substituted at half-time as Bayern needed a goal in the 90th minute to salvage another 1-1 draw.
“It’s amateurish. That’s exactly what I don’t like. Bayern Munich isn’t about messing around when you have a day off,” Salihamidzic said after Tuesday’s game in comments made by German agency dpa. news.
“A day off is for yourself to rest so you can continue in the next game,” said Salihamidzic, who said he would discuss the matter further with Gnabry.
