GSW Lone Eagle on sale for £300K at Goffs Online
GSW and G1SP Lonely Eagle (Galileo {Ire}–Modernstone {GB}, by Duke of Marmalade {Ire}) brought in a top bid of £300,000 on Goffs Online Tuesday. The 4-year-old foal, provided by his trainers Freddie and Martyn Meade, was secured by Ballylinch Stud to dissolve the partnership. Winning Newmarker’s G3 Zetland S. in second place, he added several points in the Listed Cocked Hat S. the following season, in addition to finishing second in the Ireland G1 Derby.
