Houston Texans signs LB Christian Kirksey contract for 2 more years
The Houston Texas are signing linebacker Christian Kirksey for a two-year extension, a source told ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler on Friday.
Kirksey made 93 tackles – the most since 2017 – and his eight career-highest pass saves in 13 games (12 appearances) last season, his first for Texas.
A third-round draft pick in 2014, Kirksey spent the first six seasons of his career with Cleveland Browns and then a year with Green Bay Packers before joining Texas on a one-year, $4.5 million contract.
