Instant Makhana Dosa Recipe: How to Make Instant Makhana Dosa
To prepare this instant recipe, you only need a total of six ingredients. Roasted makhana, pressed rice, tapioca, curd, fruit salt and salt. That’s all you need to prepare this delicious dish.
Now to start with the recipe, take a bowl, add makhana, rava, poha, curd, a cup of water and salt to taste. Mix well and set aside for a few minutes.
Mix this mixture with 1/2 cup of water. Do not add too much water; otherwise the dough will stick to the pan.
When the dough is ready, mix well until fluffy.
Heat the non-stick tawa, add oil and pour in 2 small bowls of flour and coat with a ladle. Cook from both sides. Add to the mixture. Your Dosa is ready.
