To prepare this chaat, prepare the chole just like you would prepare the chole chawal or bhature. It will take about 25-30 minutes.
For the samosa, knead the dough, take out a small portion of it, roll it up and put in the spicy aloo filling. Once done, fry it until golden to perfection. Your samosas are ready.
