Step 1: Figure out where to go
You can go anywhere in the US, with a few exceptions that we highlight in the section below. Countries bordering the United States will not prevent you from crossing state borders, require you to get tested, or check your immunization card if you are traveling within the country. U.S. states, territories, and overseas properties may have stricter entry rules. As of March 26, Hawaii will not require Covid testing for travelers, but until then domestic travelers will be required to present proof of vaccination or take a Covid-19 test and get a negative result before boarding the flight. When you arrive from an international destination, you must present proof of a negative Covid-19 test result received no more than one day before your flight.
