‘I’m in a good mood; PMS is gone’: Shenaz Treasury opens up about the perks of growing old
Do things get better with age? Do we start to accept and appreciate life more instead of struggling with it as we get older?
These questions have plagued many minds, mostly teenagers, young adults, and those in their late 20s, leading to several existential crises and a lot of introspection about why a Some people seem to have their lives together, while others seem to still figure things out.
On Instagram, actor and social media blogger Shenaz Treasurywho often shares interesting information about her travels around the world and other travel-related stuff, recently posted a video in which she shares some wisdom.
The 41-year-old answered a million-dollar question – based on her own experience, of course – about whether mental health improves with age. “Yeah sure. As you got older, you learned some life lessons. You realize that things are not as big of a deal as you make them happen,” she says in the video, which is one The film recreates her many travels.
After, Shenaz added, “You know, one important thing that you realize growing up — everything changes. So that means even if it’s a really good time [right now], it will go down. And if it’s a really bad time, it goes up.”
She told her followers to have faith. In the accompanying caption, the blogger candidly admitted: “As I get older, I may be more tired or my skin drier, but my emotional health is much better now than it was in my 20s.”
She also wrote that she was in a “stable mood”, PMS “Gone” and she’s “just a happier, calmer person”.
“So getting old isn’t that bad, friends. There is also something to look forward to, mental stability, and what’s more important than that?! ‘ she concluded.
