Former Indian cricketer Pragyan Ojha had a unique match India captain Virat Kohli sacked, it was one of the most talked about moments of Day 1 of the Second India-New Zealand Test in Mumbai. Kohli was taken to LBW by the on-scene umpire and the third referee, after finding “no convincing evidence” decided not to overturn the decision. The voting fraternity was divided over the incident. Many people believe that Kohli hit the ball before it got his pad but there are some like Simon Doull who believes that “correct procedure” has been followed by the third arbitrator.
Ojha, however, has another way of describing events. Referring to third referee Virender Sharma, the former Indian left-hander wrote: “#VirenderSharma bhool gaye ki duniya main sirf ek #virendersehwag…. We love who’s audacity! # ViratKohli #IndvsNZtest” on his Koo handle.
It all happened in the 30th round of India when Ajaz Patel defeated Kohli with a straight hand. Referee Anil Chaudhary had no doubt it was booked as he quickly raised his finger.
The star hitter, who returned to lead the team after he stepped down as T20I captain and had a brief stint, requested a review of LBW’s decision.
Television referee Virender Sharma watched some of the replays, some of which showed the ball may have touched the club first.
He was heard saying: “The ball and the bat and the pad seem to be together. I don’t have any convincing evidence to overturn that.”

The decision came at a crucial time with Patel, who had all four of India’s hits, got two goals in one as India slid to 80-3 after an opening game. steady.
Mayank Agarwal went on a century-long unbeaten run to rescue India, leaving them on 221-4 when the game ended on a weather-stricken day at Wankhede Stadium.
