The government has identified the core assets of major public sector undertakings (PSUs) such as National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), Airports Authority of India (AAI), National Highways Corporation National Thermal Power (NTPC), Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), GAIL, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) and many more to monetize under National Monetization Pipeline (NMP) from 2022-2025 .
Several other PSUs with assets it has identified to make money include Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL), Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), NHPC, Food Corporation of India (FCI) and Neyveli Lignite Corporation.
