Crystals in headlights
BMW has ditched laser headlights in favor of high-powered LEDs that it says can shine as far down the road as laser headlights go out. We actually shot a compare headlights where we compare today’s automotive headlight technology and laser headlights are proven not to be as good as some of the better LED lights on the market.
In addition to switching to LED-only headlights, the LED daytime running lights now use Swarovski crystals inside the light clusters. In addition to changing the power of the LED daytime running lights to ‘shimmer’ the daytime running lights, they also naturally shimmer in daylight thanks to the crystals inside.
Doors from Rolls-Royce
There’s no secret BMW car own Rolls royce carso why not implement some of the British brand’s self-closing door technology?
By using the key, the button on the door or by putting your foot on the brake, the car can automatically open and close the door as required.
You may be wondering – what if there was a car or a person next to you? Sensors located on the front and back help measure the distance between the 7 Series and the vehicle or person next to it and stop the door in the event of a collision.
A large TV inside the cabin
In addition to the iDrive 8 feature, the second row of seats also have screens integrated into the rear door handles, along with a giant 31.3-inch 8K screen that can be folded down from the roof.
The screen can be adjusted in a number of ways and can also be streamed from attached devices or wirelessly to give you that cinematic experience. In addition, it automatically raises the rear curtain to prevent drivers following you from looking at your screen as they drive.
Teams showcased 39-speaker Bowers and Wilkins sound systems for a properly immersive experience.
Its big
The all-new 7 Series has grown in size. It’s now longer than the long-wheelbase version of the upcoming 7 Series (the new version is 131mm longer!), and it’s wider and taller. It measures in 5291mm Long, 1950mm wide, and 1544mm tall with a 3215mm The standard long.
BMW says its customers have asked for a vehicle that is much larger, feels and looks more like an SUV without direct SUV proportions.
It is electricity
In addition to the petrol-powered BMW 7 Series, buyers can opt for the all-electric BMW i7.
The all-electric flagship i7 xDrive60 uses a dual-motor all-wheel drive electric drive system with a total system output of 400kW and 745Nm. It is mated with a 106kWh battery.
BMW claims it can accelerate from 0-100km/h in 4.7 seconds.
The petrol version is powered by a 3.0 liter twin-turbo inline 6-cylinder petrol engine with one 48V . mild hybrid systemwith the total system output 280kW power and 540Nm of torque. This is mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission, which sends power to the rear wheels only.
