Jimmy Kimmel Sounds Off on ‘White Supremacists’ Kanye West and Tucker Carlson
“It’s been a very busy weekend for our future president,” Jimmy Kimmel joked during Monday night’s monologue, referring to Kanye West, whom he calls “Ye-zier” more than ever” after he got his Twitter account locked for his post threats of blatant opposition against the Jews.
After reading the tweet aloud and hearing groans from his audience, the late-night host said, “Even Mel Gibson, film it, man.” And then, “I guess my Kanye-themed bar mitzvah is off!”
From there, Kimmel moved on to West’s recent sit-down with “white counterpart” Tucker Carlson, who lasted two nights on Fox News’ primetime lineup. He mocked the couple for being “super horny” when he mentioned Ivanka Trump and made many hostile comments about her husband Jared Kushner.
When West asked Carlson if it was okay to accuse Kushner of trying to broker peace in the Middle East because he wanted to “make money,” the Fox host replied, “No, that’s your opinion. We are not in the field of censorship. “
“No, we are scared and in the business of dictatorship,” Kimmel replied.
