Kalki Koechlin enjoys delicious South Indian meal with family
In addition to richness and flavour, South Indian meals offer a plethora of options that are sure to tickle the taste buds. Some of us are ready to indulge in fluffy idlis, crispy dosa with hot sambhar. So it’s no surprise that actress Kalki Koechlin looked happy and beaming as she devoured a nutritious South Indian meal. That’s right, the actress on Tuesday shared glimpses of her drooling meal on Instagram. She posted a photo where we can see her mixing sambar and rice to form a piece out of it.
Kalki Koechlin explained her feelings with a single word “Happiness” and added hashtags “eating favorite foods”, “South Indian meal”.

She also shared a video on Instagram Stories from which we learn that she is not alone but enjoying the spread with her boyfriend Guy Hershberg and their daughter Sappho. On her plate we can see steamed rice with buttermilk and chapati, both surrounded by various bowls filled with different foods including what looks like sambar, rasam, eggplant. Dried potato curry and one cooked into a number of gravy among others. We were also able to spot a sweet – semaiya (payasam) as a dessert kept on the plate. Kalki wrote “delicious” as the caption and used the hashtag “South Indian meal”.
