Kristen Stewart’s Sequined Dress at the Chanel Cruise Show
Opening of the yacht season, Chanel hosted a beachside show at the Monte-Carlo Beach Hotel in Monaco, welcoming a dreamy local celebrity crowd. Brand Ambassador Kristen Stewart was present, dressed in 9 to greet guests and see the catwalk of the 2023 yacht. The “Spencer” star sported a sleeveless, turtleneck mini dress covered in black, white, blue and red. sequins from Chanel’s fall 2022 collection. The open-leg design allows for a bird’s-eye view of the actor’s sheer tights, which she teamed with a pair of quilted black open-toed loafers. The 32-year-old star kept herself warm with a knee-length gray tweed jacket.
Stewart joins other friends of the house, including British actress Tilda Swinton, American filmmaker Sofia Coppola, French singer Vanessa Paradis, Monégasque model Charlotte Casiraghi and Korean rapper G-Dragon. The stars gathered on a pebbly beach overlooking the beautiful French Riviera, a location close to the heart of Creative Director Virginie Viard: “I knew very early on that we were going to have a party. perform there, and more precisely at the Beach Hotel,” she said in an official statement. “Besides, Karl [Lagerfeld] dreamed about it. ”
Viard continues to present a collection of 67 looks inspired by the memories she shared with her predecessor Lagerfeld during her stay at his mansion, La Vigie. There are sequined jumpsuits and jackets, bohemian maxi dresses, and a multitude of sequin dresses – many of which are rendered in different hues of Chanel’s signature tweed. The pieces pack a lot of polish, perfect for being spontaneous sunny resting place in remote places. The models carry a wide range of accessories, including tennis racket bags, crossbody styleblanched small lunch box, and travel bags. For shoes, chunky sneakers, satin heels, and ballerina heels complete the look with a blend of practicality and glamour.
