Rara Mutton Recipe: How To Make Himachali Mutton Rara at Home:
Heat mustard oil in a thick-bottomed pan, saute cumin seeds, minced onions, green peppers, garlic and ginger. Add paprika, turmeric, tomato, salt and sugar. Let it cook until the tomatoes are mushy. Add the lamb, mix well and cook for 20-25 minutes. Add buffalo milk butter to enhance the taste. Cover the pan and let the lamb cook in the water for a while. Sprinkle with garam masala. Once the lamb is fully cooked, garnish it with coriander and lime juice.
