Lana Del Rey reveals her laptop with new music was stolen from her car
Down the west coast, Lana Del Rey‘s car has been broken into.
“A few months ago, I parked on Melrose Place [in Los Angeles] and I walked away for a minute,” Singer “Young and Beautiful” shared in one Live video on Instagram October 19 “And once I left my backpack in my car, someone broke all the windows and took it away.”
Lana went on to explain that inside the backpack was her computer along with multiple hard drives and camcorders.
“I had to remotely wipe the computer with my 200-page book for Simon and Schuster — which I haven’t backed up in the cloud yet,” she continued. “And despite that, people can still remotely access my phone and leak our songs and personal photos.”
However, Grammy Award Nominee doesn’t let this stop her from releasing her ninth studio album, despite “a lot of safety factors.”
