M&S partners with Davina McCall on new lingerie brand
The range, which will include a selection of bras, knickers and sleepwear, will be exclusively available online as part of the retailer’s third-party brand strategy.
McCall, CEO and founder of Sessi said: “M&S is such a loved and trusted brand . They are known for their immense range of underwear for every age, body shape and style, so I knew it was right to launch Sessi first at M&S.”
Due to be featured on tonight’s episode of Inside M&S on ITV, Sessi joins more than 60 additional third-party brands on the retailer’s website and will sit with other lingerie lines such as Pour Moi and Boux Avenue.
Laura Charles, director of lingerie at M&S, pointed out it is the “UK market leader in bras and knickers” and said that comes with a “responsibility” to its customers: “From the moment we met Davina, it was clear we had a shared synergy in values for great quality, innovative products that empower women.”
