Negative X-ray on the back of Minnesota Timberwolves star Karl-Anthony Towns
X-ray on the back of the The town of Karl-Anthony came back on negative Wednesday night, Minnesota Timberwolves the star told reporters.
Towns had to leave the game with 2:14 left after injuring himself on a toboggan during the previous team’s 115-107 loss Washington Wizards.
Towns scored just two of his 34 points in the final period – and that’s when he was free along the baseline for a pitch. After throwing the ball through, his momentum causes his body to fall horizontally and he appears to land with his tailbone.
“I feel better than I thought,” Towns said after the game.
