New Halo TV Series Trailer Released, First Look Trailer Debuts During The Game Awards
Paramount has released a new teaser for its upcoming Halo TV series.
Released on Twitter, the teaser is only 15 seconds long, but only about half of it features footage from the reality show. The rest of the teaser features logos and title tags that reveal more information, such as a “first look trailer” that will be shown during tomorrow’s The Game Awards 2021.
As you can see in the trailer above, we get a glimpse of some of the Spartans and UNSC soldiers. Looks like some are carrying Rifles, Sniper Rifles and maybe even Assault Rifles. We also spot the iconic Pelican car in the background of that first factory bay shot, and a couple of Warthogs in the third shot of the actual shot.
While there’s still no word on what we can really expect in this Halo TV series, it’s clear the production team behind it is putting more emphasis on things. However, showrunner has revealed that team “want”[s] to do something new” with the series, so it doesn’t seem like we should expect a retelling of the campaigns we’ve done in the Halo series.
While we wait to see the full trailer during tomorrow’s Game Awards show, check out all the trailers released so far. In November of last year, A small trailer for the Master Chief helmet has been releasedand then another trailer – the first official – is released last month in the Xbox 20th Anniversary Showcase. After watching those, read about how this series chose Jen Taylor, who voices Cortana in video games, to voice Cortana.
Halo will premiere on Paramount+ in 2022.
