Oilers’ McDavid, Panthers’ Tkachuk, Bruins’ Pastrnak enter the Hart Trophy finals
Edmonton Petroleum Super star Connor McDavid, Florida Newspapers gritty scorer Matthew Tkachuk And Boston Bruins star David Pastrnak are the Hart Memorial Trophy finalists as MVPs for the 2022-23 season, the NHL announced Friday.

Tkachuk, 25, leads the Panthers in scoring with 40 goals and 69 assists, hitting a personal best of 109 points from 79 games in his first season since the transfer. blockbuster last summer with the Calgary Flames. He also had the best 123 penalty kicks of his career. A native of Scottsdale, Ariz., who grew up in St. Louis is also the All-Star Game MVP after scoring four goals and adding three assists.
Pastrnak, 26, has also had a fantastic scoring season, setting career highs in goals (61), assists (52) and points (113). Havirov, of Czech descent, is third in total goals scored in the tournament, including a league-leading 43 goals, 13 in-game goals and 407 shots.
