OnePlus Nord 2 CE 5G India to launch in the first quarter of 2022
OnePlus Nord 2 CE 5G in India may launch soon in the near future. The Chinese smartphone brand has yet to officially confirm the launch date, but a new leak suggests that the latest OnePlus Nord-series phones will launch in the first quarter of next year (Q1 2022). The upcoming OnePlus phone, codenamed Ivan, is expected to launch as the successor to the OnePlus Nord CE 5G, which officially launched in June this year. The handset is said to offer a 90Hz refresh rate display, three rear cameras, and 65W fast charging support.
According to tip Yogesh Brar (@heyitsyogesh) – in cooperation with 91Mobiles – OnePlus Nord 2 CE is set to launch in India in the first quarter of 2022 and the brand is expected to launch the handset in European markets. The OnePlus Nord 2 CE 5G is said to be priced around Rs. 28,000 in India.
To recall, the predecessor OnePlus Nord CE 5G by 12GB + 256GB top storage variant launched at Rs. 27,999.
The leak says that the upcoming OnePlus Nord 2 CE 5G will have three card slots to accommodate dual nano-SIM cards and a microSD card. However, OnePlus has yet to confirm the development of any new models.
Detailed specifications of the OnePlus Nord 2 CE 5G have been leaked online. Handset is Tip It runs on Android 12 OxygenOS 12. It is said to feature a 6.4-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone can be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset with RAM ranging from 6GB to 12GB. The upcoming OnePlus Nord 2 CE is said to also offer 128GB and 256GB storage options.
The OnePlus Nord 2 CE could have a triple camera setup at the back, featuring a 64-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. For selfies and videos, the phone is said to have a 16-megapixel front camera. Furthermore, it could include an in-display fingerprint sensor. The OnePlus Nord 2 CE will likely come with a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.
