Pak journalist slaps boy during live broadcast. Then give a reason
A video is going viral on social media, which shows a female journalist slapping a boy for misconduct during a live broadcast. The incident took place in Pakistan, according to people who posted the clip on Twitter. The journalist was covering the recent vacation of Eid-al Adha, observed on Sunday (July 9), when the incident took place. The clip has been viewed more than 400,000 times since it was posted on Monday.
Journalists can be seen surrounded by locals, including women and children. A boy in a white shirt stood near her. While she was presenting her work to the camera, the boy lifted his arm and called out to someone else. Although his voice was inaudible, the gesture clearly infuriated the journalist, who slapped him.

Many users on Twitter suggested that the boy said something out of surprise that made the journalist lose her temper. Many users asked the owner of the controller who posted the video about the reason for the slap, but received the answer “DK (Don’t know)”.
The journalist’s behavior has divided Twitter. While some users supported her, others argued that her actions were unnecessary.
“Yeah but who gave you the right to slap people Ike…so disappointing!” a user commented. “He’s getting cranky,” replied another user.
“The man will definitely misbehave,” said another user, according to a translation of the post from Hindi.
After causing a stir on social media, Maira Hashmi – journalist – gives an explanation. Ms. Hashmi tweeted to say the boy bullied one of the families during the live broadcast. Ms. Hashmi added that she did not want to tolerate this behaviour.
The journalist has more than 9,800 followers on Twitter.
